Chris joined the Embassy in September 2012 to cover proliferation issues in the Foreign and Security Policy Group. During his time in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office he has learned Arabic and served a year in Iraq, spent four years in the Philippines and, most recently, had a short stint in the UK’s Delegation to the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
