William Ehrman, our Ambassador, gave a speech on 21 May at the China University of Political Science of Law in Beijing, on the role of politics and law in British society, and how it affects the relationship between China and the UK. The University is also the home of the China-EU Law School. I thought you might be interested to read the speech here.
