Dear Sarah, my name is Patricia Machimbarrena. I'm 15 almost 16 and I'm Spanish, living in Spain. I attend a British School and I'm currently taking my GCSEs, I'll start with my A-Levels this coming year. I was wondering if there were any programs available for teenagers that are NOT residents or citizens in the UK.
