Curvy Cucumbers

The EU has defied sceptic attacks and shown its distaste for waste, approving the sale of curvy, knobbly, natural fruit. These measures combine common sense and subsidiarity. So there.

I think this was a good pr-operation from the EU. But it is sort of sad that EU needs these kinds of PR-operations, as available are such possible operations as Lisbon strategy, or social Europe. So this is criticism essentially towards media, who should be paying more attention to real content of EU policies, not only to either institutional questions, or populist debates over rigidity of the Union. I think u'll find t'were curly fruit, not curvy fruit, btw for future ref. judgements is 'judgments'. hehe. So there!
