Today the Commonwealth needs to speak to and deliver for this new generation. This is part of the FCO's agenda for reforming international institutions to fit the modern world. They sit in a more crowded international field than during the 1960s or 70s but the distinctive range, reach and diversity of the Commonwealth is an asset if it can be allied to real focus and clear purpose. Gibraltar Talks - Read the Times
